of a balanced diet rich in calcium, such as milk, cheese, eggs, fish, spinach, kotuku,
mustard, and agar
12. Avoid stress
and keep the immune system, such as by taking vitamin C and eating nutritious
food
13. Conduct
periodic checks to the dentist every six months.
